Outsourcing For Real Estate Professionals – Investors / Realtors

Real Estate investors and agents spend a lot of time on tasks that can be outsourced to someone who can be paid much less than what their time is worth. I know this because I am also a real estate investor. There are many tasks that need to be done in a day to day real estate business in order for it to be successful.

Leads need to be generated or there is no business.  Especially for the new investor or agent it is important to find sellers and buyers.

A great way to get started is to develop a system that you can duplicate and then give it to an outsourced worker.

Then you can go to different websites to find VA’s that specialize in the real estate niche. They know the different tasks that need to be done and have been trained so they have a basic knowledge.  If you are like me you probably have some “top secret” techniques that you use to find leads online.  There are a few different targeted resources that can be leveraged to create some very good leads to be used for mailers in the form of postcards or letters.

I have found that the greatest places to find these leads are to target people who are going through tough times.  You connect with these people and offer an alternative.  You can step in to help them sell their real estate and save them from bankruptcy, foreclosure or even other bigger problems.
